Though it wasn't as exciting as volume 2 it was still pretty cool.

I was wondering when the rhea would take revenge.

I also feel too many people are underestimating goblin slayer <.< I get why and I know this has been present since vol.1 but still irks me a bit.

I think this book serve good time to break from GS' usual rampage. If every books filled with action scene it will be boring sooner or later.

This vol. explore CG and GG's character quite deep. I love how they understand GS' broken soul and they tried to heal his soul in their own ways.

Well, that being said. While this book isn't action packed like previous books, GS' way to handle goblins are nastier more than ever.

Quite an interesting festival, although a few of the girls are quite charming, it's saddening me that Gob Slayer is very slow on the uptake...While I love this subtleties this novel induced, I'm getting impatient somehow.

And the interludes about the gods makes little sense as usual, but I'm getting fond of this type of foreshadowing lately.

Upon seccond reading of the novel I must say, I am way more interested in the future of the series, than ever... gota love the foreshadowing in this one... for example meeting with the party of the Hero, night before festival and her comments on the fact, that Demon she was facing in the astral plane was trying to manifest himself in the real world... nicely coresponding with the Goblin Slayers fight against the Dark Elf.

Definitely Not the strongest one in the series, but still high quality novel. :)
