Can someone explain to me please, why there is two mangas? I don't get it the reason for this manga has been started, since that a manga adaptation from the novel ilustrated by Iruka Shiomiya is already been released.

Second chapter of the fifth volume. The title of the first chapter of this manga is "Land of Permitted Murder -Jungle's Rule-" the same as the novel. You can see here.
