Hijikata Toushizou! A femalish boy trying to fight but caring about his ane-ue! Taicho elegantly swordplaying! Akizuki and Hijikata acting! Funny! |
| It was quite a surprise to see Akizuki singing! I enjoyed it though, it was a good episode. ^^ |
| Akidzuki has been showing a little more personality...I like that! Hijikata is HOT! When that sword saved Kakunojo's ass, I was sure she was going to wield it like a samurai, but turns out that she was under some sort of spell and soon snapped out of it. I cried a little when Sounosuke left to go fight in the war. It was sad watching this child go off to basically meet his death. I hope he missed the mass suicide and was able to live out the rest of his life as normal as possible. |

I hope he missed it too, though if he did, then he'd live an uneasy life as a samurai until he meets his death imo(this would be a loss suffered for a samurai). Even if he lives long, it won't be what you'd call "normal" life. And it was good that Akidzuki showed some personality, yeah. The soundtrack of this anime is really good, I can't remember liking OST this much back from watching Samurai Deeper Kyo(although I still think that SDK has better tracks). |

| Good episode, Akizuki started to show some personality, Yuyama is useful now in battle, I wonder what's that possession is all about, That Hijikata guy is cool, it's weird what he said in the end about his sword telling him that Akizuki has an evil aura. |
