| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Not subtil but a nice bonding episode. I liked it a lot despite how much closer those two seemed to have become. 5/5 An episode so typical you will find it in a lot of other series, but very well done. @Liquidsolidus9K Congratulations for reaching this episode! What happened ? Are there suddenly english fansubs? |

Hiatari Ryoukou! was like a successor to Touch in terms of anime because it was made by the same staff and mostly same voice actors. But I think the manga came before Touch. Adachi Mitsuru's works have an intense "same character syndrome", especially his earlier works. There was an interview where he was asked to identify Uesugi, Takasugi, and Wakamatsu and he couldn’t tell his own characters apart. |
