| Wondering why the first season has a higher mark on MAL even if everyone say that season 2 is much better than the first one. Just that curiosity. |

The anime was too faithful to the pacing and as a result this made the 2nd season god-awfully slow. I think second season is better mostly because first season after amaimon's fight got messy and boring imo. Didn't like how the characters acted and how the plot developed. |
| Overall speaking, the first season had better execution and was generally and more action packed. The very first mistake that this season made was just picking up the story of Kyoto arc without giving much background so people unfamiliar with manga had time with adjusting. The first four episode, even though gave us more character insight, were overall turning to be really boring and I felt like wasting my time. The later part had too less explanation of fights especially Ucchusma helping Rin part |
