| weak ending. Overall a decent to good series. |
| Probably the weakest of the big series from Kaneshiro Muneyuki. The start of the series was engaging and promising but it had a rather weak follow up. Kaneshiro is known for making plots and characters where you see the dirtiest of the human emotions explored, but this one ended up being rather mild and the morale of the story being unusually simple. Just like usual - there are some interesting plot twists that do surprise you, so you are not exactly bored throughout reading, but unlike other series of his - we don't see any character growth at all, the characters, who are usually strong part of this mangaka's work is actually the rather weak part of the manga. Overall still a rather fun read, but nothing too special - 7/10. |
