WHAT?! WHAT WAS THAT?! TAKETORA IS ALSO FROM THE FUTURE?! You gotta be kidding me!

No wonder why he got that deal done with Chiyo and the words he put on her mouth if anyone were to ask about the whereabouts of the necklace!

Meanwhile, having finally caught up with Chiyo, Hina is at a loss the moment she is told that Chiyo lost it! It must have been such a shock that tears started to roll down her cheek! Poor girl!

And now Tenkiku offers Hina to be his assistant in the upcoming show! She is being toyed around! Urgh!

Anyways, Taketora coming from the future was such a shocking revelation. Why and when did he time travel? How did he end up falling in love with Hinako? I miss Hinako already! She better show up soon in the coming chapters.

It's kind of sad that such a fantastic manga only comes out once in every TWO MONTHS! The waits are painful but given how fascinating the story is, it's worth it!

I was really shocked at the Taketora reveal as well. Wasn't expecting that at all. I had thought Taketora was an innocent student, but now I'm wondering what his motives for approaching Hinako were? Or did he really just meet her by chance?

I kind of wonder if originally (before anyone had time traveled) Hinako and Takaaki did fall in love with each other, but have now fallen for two different time travelers instead. It's become more complicated, so I'm hoping in works out for all of them. (I feel like this one should be happy, though I've read some really good time travel stories that were sad too.)

There were already so many things we didn't know and this chapter was a bombshell on top of it.

I think Hina actually did time travel when she was small. So, Takaaki actually fell in love with Hina and not Hinako. Btw, I always tend to forget that Hina was actually in love with her senpai in the point of time she has slipped through from. I wonder how long she would be able to resist not completely fall head over heels in love with Takaaki.

There is a happy ending route that actually opened up because of this revelation you know. Hina can just stay in the past with Taakaki (assuming she actually falls fro Takaaki and chooses him over everything — family, friends, her senpai from her time-period) and let Hinako go back with Taketora in their own point of time. But then again, I am not sure which point in the timeline Taketora has actually come from. He said he is from the future but we don't know whether it is 20 or 50 or even 100 years into the future. Basically we don't know if Hina and Taketora are from the same point of time or not. This is where the relation with the beads to time travel comes in to play, I think.

I also wonder what is the situation in Hina and/or Taketora's own time(s). Did they just vanish from their existence in their time(s)?

Taketora taking Hinako back to his own time as Hina (if he and Hina are actually from the same time period) wasn't something I had thought of, but it would be an interesting conclusion. (I've always wanted to see a manga where someone from the past traveled to live in the future and had to adjust to life there.) And any ending for a time travel story is a little bit sad, because the main character almost always has to give something important up.

When I was talking about Hinako and Takaaki falling in love, I meant in an alternate timeline, where no one time traveled (sorry if I wasn't clear.) They would have met as adults when their marriage was arranged. I was imagining that if Hinako had never met Taketora, she might have liked Takaaki, and that Takaaki might have been able to fall for the real Hinako if he hadn't already met Hina. Even if they hadn't fallen in love, they might have gotten married and been relatively happy (I can't really imagine them hating each other or anything, they seem to be two people who would probably get along even if they didn't fall in love).

And as to what happened to Hina and Taketora in their own times, we will probably have to wait for one of them to travel back. I've seen a lot of different things in different time travel stories, including vanishing, comas, or just having no time pass at all. I am eager to find out how the author chooses to handle this.

Well, there are actually many who fall in love after getting married even when they hardly knew about each other. The number is quite staggering outside the west. There are many countries, particularly in Asia and the Middle East where arranged marriage is still practiced at large. I personally know of many couples who have a lasting arranged marriage built on gradually falling in love, sometimes more than those who have dated for years before getting married. So, what you said makes sense to me. :)
