Was not expecting this development from Akane. She seemed to be one step ahead of everyone, but now it's like she's one step behind. And it seems from both Kanai-sensei and Mugi.

For all this time Hanabi has been in love with Kanai, yet my takeaway from this episode is that the guy is clearly inexperienced when it comes to romance. Maybe as inexperienced as Hanabi herself despite him being several years older than her. He goes on dates with Akane, doesn't really push it further (and the one time was her initiating) and then he finds out the truth about her and still wants her. Comes off as pure infatuation to me. Deep down inside he probably doesn't like the way she really is at all, but he'll take being one of several men she's currently with over none of her at all. I was initially expecting the revelation to break him, but thinking it over more his reaction does make sense to me, at least if my read of his character is correct.

Anyway, only 2 episodes to go. Interesting in seeing how this all resolves itself.

Kanai sensei is just so stupid..
He already taste the poisonus rose and decided not to leave it even after knowing the truth, how stupid..

I wonder if she will regret it all at some point..
