Korean anime

I was wondering, since Elsword, which is Korean, gets a page on MAL, wouldn't that take away the excuse that Avatar doesn't have a page because it's "not anime"? I mean, I know it's only animated overseas, which would mean every american animation made overseas on Asia should have its own page, but it's still a Korean animation, not to mention Pierrot, a Japanese studio, helped animating The Legend of Korra.
I'm just saying, but I still want a proper answer. lol

Also Thunderbolt Fantasy. I know it's not animated, but afaik it's like an anime with puppets instead of animation.
