Does it have to apply to real people, or can we also kill off fictional characters?

Kill ANYONE real or fictional but you must follow the Note's rules (only humans)

Well seeing as though as I just watched boku no pico, it would have to be either myself, or everyone involved in the creation of it. Seriously, that show is the worst. Like hitler if hitler had a child with hitler and gave birth to hitler, who then had a conjoined twin who happened to be stalin. Oh yeah, and both of them ate kittens for breakfast. Thats how bad this show is...
