| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- That got resolved rather quickly. But I wonder if it was okay to let that general go without any punishment. It might come back to haunt Shiki eventually. I felt sorry for Kouran because she was the one who poured the tea on the poisoned cup for Shiki. If it wasn't for Shiki's smile, she might not have gotten the courage to be by his side after this incident. |

| Yeah...I'm not sure if the poison really affected Shiki. I mean, a poisoned person would most likely not be able to high kick their assassin, antidote or not. Or I'll just chalk it up to him building up an immunity to poisons. 'Cause somebody's always after his highness's head. Actually wouldn't it be funny if Shiki was poisoned and pretended he was really affected by it and used it to draw out the assassin and see Kouran's reaction? Like how he teased her last chapter. |
