| After the 1st arc I was simply underwhelmed and I wasn't treated to any romantic moments that pulls you in. The writing is simply awful and there's so much going on to actually focus at the main pair. However I think it's too early to put this as a failure because every arc may either hit or miss. Let's say Amagami started with Sae or Rihoko instead of Haruka I would've rated that series really low since those two arcs never did it for me. One of those arcs focused more on fetishes while the other was a complete frendzone bomb (the ova fixed that though thanks to Hitler angrily ranting about it haha). My point is that it's too early to call it quits on this series because maybe the right arc later on could be the one that may get you hooked. In my opinion: I think Studio AIC could've done a better job. |
