Why was Puni-chan's page deleted?

I personally don't get it, as the guidelines say:

No animals, bugs, inanimate objects, robots, mecha, or pokemon will be allowed.
Exception: If they have a significant role in the plot.

I am certain Puni-chan fits that requirement.
