There's a closed island where women reincarnate and men rejuvenate to live forever.
In the past, an alien girl arrived there (which may or may not be the reason for reincarnating and rejuvenating).
There's a "princess" whose task is apparently to guide souls to new bodies. The alien girl is still here and apparently plays some role in the island's life as well.
The MC either is a reincarnation or has the soul/memories of the princess' old lover, so he has some importance too (and somehow can make women orgasm with a thought).
That's pretty much it, I think.

Ehem! Let me explain this... in a very short essay

There's a guy. His male friends got killed on a field trip and the girls were kidnapped. Later on, he awakens some sorts of paranormal power that allow him to move souls to a body, thus making everyone an immortal bitch (emphasis on the "bitch" since only women gets to be immortal. Men do not). Long story short, he rose up from the victim of a very sick looking Hunger Games to a very sick looking Harem King equivalent of Issei Hyoudo, even better (or worse) at it. There's apparently an alien, a hot alien girl whose power is mysterious as hell who fall head over heels to the MC (reincarnation of MC?) thus, leading to this immortality shit. The MC is so good at making woman horny, he could gave a woman orgasm by touching their foreheads (That's actually in the manga. I shit you not)

Oh, everybody gets to fuck everyone. Regardless of status, standing, age, and stuff. "Once the age reach the clock, it's ready for the cock"

That summary gets you around 30 chapters worth of story. It doesn't have anything special
