Lol but wasn't it take place 2 years after the original manga so how the hell did they get PS4 Pro and FFXV? I think the author should used PS2 and FFX instead of XV because the timeline is make no sense. |

Yes, it takes place a short period of time after the manga, but in this world, everything looks like perfectly contemporary to us: they talk about current stars, current events, current games, etc... Just look at the mobile phones too (they're not the same as in G.T.O. either). Did you read the side-story taking place in Shônan that was published before Paradise? Well, the exact same choice was made: it happens before the conclusion of G.T.O. but at the time, Suzumiya Haruhi is already very popular in the fictional world. The timeline is making as much sense as one from any immortal comicbook series from the USAs: the environment is constantly updated to our contemporary time but meanwhile, only a few years pass in the fictional world. (example: I would say that the current Spiderman issues are taking place maybe four to six years after the first one, not 56 years later) Things just change faster in those worlds than in ours, in order to reflect our own time. PS: I guess you're french, based on the date of your reaction? |
