Sort of dumb theory, are Shibazaki and Nine related?

This isnt really based on anything solid. Only that they are very similar, both physically and on how they think, also they share a common enemy (the rich guy with the house who was lying down all the time, whats his face), and Shibazaki seems lost and hopeless, the way one would probably feel if he had lost a child.

But the main thing that tipped me off is how they are both fond of cold weather. I thought this may be a hint at them being father and son in the last episode, when it is said that Nine chose Icelands language because of its cold weather.
Because in at least 3 different scenes it's mentioned how Shibazaki absolutely hates summer and hot weather, and thats never really adressed or anything, so I thought that Iceland quote was the moment they finally adressed it, and slightly hinted at this relationship.

It's probably just a coincidence tho, idk. Edipo's history probably also comes into play in some way but I can't think of anything.
