Hina is falling for Takaaki. I thought she would be able to convince herself that the words Takaaki imparted to her was meant for Hinako and not her yet I think the tears welling up her eyes were her love for Takaaki.

I am also confused why she would remember Takaaki as Taa-kun. Is that only the dream that connects her with Takaaki or is there more to it than just her dreams?

I have a feeling we are heading for a tearjerker with the way the manga has changed its mood in this chapter. The last thing I want to see is a heartbroken Hina. But given the setting of the manga, it looks incredibly likely. :(
