So, after I watched 4 episode, it is already in my eliminating list of this season.

First of all, how do this anime compare to other like Usagi Drop, Hanamaru Youchien, Barakamon, etc

For me, this anime doesn't seem like Usagi Drop's emotional one(maybe not now since the story of mother is not being bring up yet) and neither nor it is comedy type, Barakamon. It is also not Hanamaru Youchien as it is not that cute enough.

So, can someone try to persuade me to continue watching that one of the point can win either of them? Pls don't tell me "romance" , "cooking" or something like that.

Honestly if you're not enjoying it as of yet, than just drop it now, this is how the series will be the rest of the series, as there is no romance whatsoever besides a couple of hints with kotori here and there.
It is similar to all the series you mentioned but it stands out on its own as it shows not only the effect it has on the daughter but also the effect it has on the dad.
It is not funny like Barekmon, but its not supposed to be funny, it has some jokes but they're meant to be more of a chuckle than anything else.
I personally feel more emotional for this than Usagi drop but thats just me and i find it very cute as well.
Again, if you dont enjoy it so far, than the best thing to do would be to drop it.

It's enjoyable? I think the highschool student who he hangs out with is #1 waifu tbh.

I see people comparing this to Usagi Drop but I'm not quite seeing it. YD was about a single guy who raises his father's love-child (which we find out different). We see her grow up and make a decision at the end.
Here were see a widowed father raising his child and then getting platonically involved with one of his students, more for learning how to cook and her need of company due to an absent mother (and father?).

The feels aren't the same because it's about people being in each others company.
What if the Hokey Pokey is what it is all about?
