What chapters will be adapted in this OVA?

I think one of the middle episodes was skipped because of the earthquake. Can a manga reader direct us to the chapters that were skipped?

No chapters of the manga were skipped in the TV broadcast.

I'm not sure if it's just odd wording from the director but I believe this is an anime original episode the director was disappointed wouldn't air on TV because they adapted it specifically for television broadcasting. I'm interested to see what it is.

I'm pretty sure it's an original anime episode. The director made it pretty clear that it was a bonafide 13th episode and also said that it was especially for TV. The last manga chapter is where the events of episode 12 come from.
