| Again and again it has been already mentioned that ep 12 takes place BEFORE the events that happens in ep 11 (to be more specific, it happens not long after the events of ep 1 & 2 if I'm not mistaken) So yeah, Miyoshi is dead, and his corpse remained in Germany  |
