This last episode seemed rather rushed. It almost seems like they were told to finish it in one go (and boy does Carmencita look weird at the end!).

And how hard is it to tell a girl you like her!?! Agh, what an ending.

It didn't feel like an end. But to get an actual end, it would need to have a goal: this series seemed aimless.

Enjoyment: 3/5

Standard scifi anime,poor drawings,good voices,unremarkable music.Uses the overall story but lacks any substance.

Score: 4/10
Consolation price: Bright Noa, Char Aznable and Saeba Ryô's voices.

Acts as a supplement to the novel more than anything. A lot more faithful than the hollywood movie but still takes its own liberties, I enjoyed it a great deal after reading the novel some years ago so I would advise anyone to read it if they haven't and wanted to get something more out of the universe.

This show was 80s as fuck and I loved it. If I ever fight in a war I hope there is music like this. Ofcourse I am not stupid enough to fight for my country. Just ask some Americans to do it.

The ending was kinda rushed but it was like that in the source material, too. Good stuff.

This is the best adaptation of the novel.
