| The narrative despite being granted in certain situations, has on its side the sympathy of the people, the view comedy during the story, and a dash of involvement given by brackets introspective. Unfortunately the scales weighs against it because the defects have to add a truly mediocre work of Gonzo, how sad ! :( I love the characters, the same for opening and ending. P.S. Fortunately Misaki, had the same hairstyle even as a child. ^^" |

Instead of a stupid done-to-the-death cliche romance typical of VN adaption, we got a lovely fictional sports anime heavily focusing on the sports itself (almost no episode went by without an FC match) with a touch of drama. At some point I worried that they'd take the drama too far (again, typical of lame VN adaption) like when Misaki quit the club or each of Mashiro's and Asuka's struggles but they never dragged on them and I'm just so glad that everything was resolved through the power of female friendships instead of a gary-stu male MC magically solving every girl's problem. I'll take any of these girl bonding episodes (Rika-Mashiro episode was great too) over any forced romance at this point of the anime. Masaya is clearly nothing more than a supporting character and by avoiding that typical route, they actually give Masaya some sort of normalcy, which is good. I mean yeah, he's still the childhood friend and a prodigy but at the same time he's still just your average teenage boy who doesn't magically attract girls for no reason. If I'm a potential customer I'd play the VN just for the FC alone with romance simply serving as the side dish and personally I think that's a very refreshing take on VN promotion. |

| I think Asuka's problem and resolution was poorly executed. Same with Misaki. I'm still glad to see them back and kickin' though. Also, I'm not sure I want romance in this series anymore. If they introduce some of it now it will probably be rushed as hell, so... yeah. Not even the heroines care about him anyway. |

| it was pretty good episode imo especially the conclusion for Misaki's and Asuka's problems. So Hinata met those two in the past, so it makes those two his childhood friends..... i hope they will reveal some more of Hinata's past and hopefully i can see him in action in the next next episode. The action was pretty good too. not intense like in the tournament but it was pretty good action. i'm glad Asuka and Misaki can fly again :D i just hate the fact that they will not put any romance in this show. just see the detail of the character in MAL, Hinata is not the MC LOL! and i just realize it. |

| LOL Asuka still not yet recovered on the 1st part of the episode. Loli Asuka too adorable! who is that young boy? is it MC? cuz Misaki said "a boy from this island" & Asuka said "female version of Coach" The stay over of Asuka at Misaki's house and their bonding helped Asuka recover from her depression. That leave letter was just a troll! Though Asuka didn't beat Misaki on their match, Misaki finally decides to come-back to the FC Team yay! 5/5. When will Ray's single of Ao no Kanata ED be released??? |

| Nice episode with both of the girls reflecting on why they fly ... really interesting! Seems like Masaya and Asuka met when they were kids and that's where she got her "hair pin" from ... hmm, not to mention Misaki mentioning it sounds like someone she flew with as well. Though it doesn't really seem like they're that interested ... what's this, no romance?! That'll be new! :P Misaki and Asuka both found themselves though and had a good match. I guess Misaki's back on the team now! We'll see more of Inui (I think her name is) flying next episode ... should be interesting (yes, I'm finally catching up lol XD) |

| Misaki x Asuka episode Glad to see Misaki back on the team and Asuka as well. I guess all they needed was some time off to cool and regain that lost confidence. Asuka pulling off a neat tactic, Delta Force, she seems to excel in the heat of battle. |
