Detailed question about a certain magic(Will have spoilers for later novels)

I know Miya's magic wasn't a unique ability akin to how Maya/Tatsuya developed. Rather, she possessed a mental interference magic.

Now as for the question: Was Miya's Magic - Mental Structure Interference - unique in the same sense that Miyuki's is?

Miyuki possessed both traits by having a unique magic that is also a mental interference magic.

Basically, did she just have extreme aptitude for a more general magic that anyone of sufficient ability could develop(If Mental Interference Magic became more understood) or was it something unique regardless?

I know they say Miya was the only one in the world who could use it but that may have just been because of how rare aptitude for the magic is and how little is known about it?

I believe it was a unique magic hence why it was said Miya was the only one in the world who could use it and there is no evidence that any other magician could alter the mental structure like she could.
