| Very sweet anime. Having just finished Future Diary this was a perfect foil to that dark, confusing nightmare. I was surprised to see Stella and Ikki fall in love early in the series, this doesn't happen in animes, but it happened and their love grew stronger. It was great to see. Annoying incestuous kid sister was perfectly annoying and far too incestuous but she eventually pulled her head out of her ass in the last two episodes. Ikki's dad - he was a d**k, I hope his son finds a nicer family in the Emperors home. |

| Show was alright, not as spectacular as I hoped. I wish they had actually shown more fights, even if they weren't as elaborate as Shizuku/Todo. Seeing Ikki chalk up win after win without anything to show for it made it all underwhelming. I'm sure he beat most of them without having to use his techniques but even straight martial arts like against that one group of boys would've been better. And I'm not one to complain about character tropes, but this one got on my nerves a little. 8/10 |

| pretty good anime Ikki is finally acknowledged by other hopefully, we get a season 2.......probably never gonna happen like the million other good animes with only 1 season solid 7.5 out of 10 |

| These kind of show needs at least 2 cour. Thus this series fails to convey the first premise of their goal. Plus no ovas in the bd disk added salt on the wound. Half-baked plotting like this are always turned off my enjoyement. 5/10 |

| Question: Has anyone ever written a more retarded main character? Yes, this random guy has the right to tell you what's moral and what is not. Girls running around with pussy flopping, that's fine but kissing naaah that's taboo. And retarded MC goes "yeah I'll go with you and allow you to hold me up and add artificial drama to almost last episode". Garbage plot convenience. |
| Magic school anime with the typical low rank, who is actually pretty OP, due to reasons. Adorable tsundere. Very quick paced, well into the plot and character interactions from the first one or two episodes even. Not much time to breathe, but it keeps you pretty immersed. Not a show for the "ecchi is bad" crowd, that's for sure, amongst other taboo stuff. The experience is fairly whimsical, an exaggerated anime atmosphere so to speak, you may not enjoy if you take it too seriously. A bit of an inorganic feeling, but it's pretty fun nevertheless. A bunch of playful tropes, again, a subjective thing here. There is cringe every now and then as well, usually the dialogue. Final two or three episodes sucked (crossed my invisible BS tolerance line). 6/10 all up. |
| Ok where do I start, this has been an interesting journey. The thing is this anime has been up and down in so many aspects, at first it was so cringe with all this lewd scenes that are extremely corny along with this incest stuff, they were bad but also so funny to laugh at that on how bad it is, which even till this moment idk how to conceive them. However, the best part about this was the fights, especially the last episode. They really popped off with that scene, and every other major fight was of high quality and I liked this. I went in a different feeling through watching this, i'm not sure what to say because there are extremely bad scenes and extremely good scenes, the bad ones were the lewd stuff that is so unnecessary but at the same time they were just so bad that they're funny and I didn't like them at the same time, its because laughing at how bad they are was fun lmao Overall, i'm not gonna lie I enjoyed laughing at how bad some scenes are and the fact that there are really good fight scenes which gave me goosebumps the entire time, they were done so well I was gonna give this a 6/10 but for the overall enjoyment its a 7/10. It could be better if they stopped with those cringe lewd scenes and actually focused on more important stuff for the plot and this could definitely be an 8/10 or 9/10 if done really well and polished the parts where it lacks. Nonetheless, I'll definitely watch season 2, I really wanna see the seven sky tournament arc soon enough and I enjoyed it. Hopefully the same studio will be doing season 2, their animation was so good. |
| The ending is a bit weird it feels like it was too short there is not much fight between Toudo-san and Kourogane-kun. It would be better if the fight was long so that the audience gets too much excitement at the fight scene. It would've been great. But overall, it's good. |
| as a whole it is better than its contemporaries during its time.Had better flavour and certain aspects it tried to explore.Still the net experience was lukewarm ,some were great and other forgettable like the final showdown. 7/10 |
