Glad to see this show return for another season though. It immediately got serious with a case. The whole deadly message along with the masked man brings back the feels of the show. Decent start for the second season. The hypnotism gimmick feels a bit stale but still quite a thrilling episode imo. |

| I really enjoyed the return. I love Kindaichi. The OP was alright, but I loved the ED. Really nice animation for that one. The new case is pretty damn interesting too! |

| I watched the first season all within a short time span, so it's going to be strange watching each case go over a month or so. This was an excellent start to the season. But I don't think any of the viewers would believe Kindaichi actually killed anyone, hypnosis or not. |
| So, anyone else thinks that Kindaichi's food or drink was drugged? That's the only possible reason for him to act strange. Either that, or Takatou disguised someone as Kindaichi and had him do the deed. Interesting start. I can see the remaining 2 betrayers dying soon as well. |

| Ah I remember this case from the manga. I don't remember the exact trick but I can tell you who the culprit is if you want XD It's quite a plot twist. |

The only thing you need to know are the main characters and Takato (the fugitive), who is like the big bad villain in the series introduced long ago in the old Kindaichi anime. However, he doesn't always appear and not all cases are orchestrated by him. |

| Despite the suspicion of the magician he still went through with it, honestly I really dislike hypnotism as a plot device on these type of shows, it just adds unneeded tension and clutters actual progression within the case. So far not much of a fan of this case, but Puppeteer from hell cases are always interesting. |
