Setting is the 2008-2010 FIBA Asia season, not the seasons after that (i.e. 2010 and up), since the KnB manga was first released in 2008-2009 IIRC. Third years can only enter U18. All Asian youth teams in KnB-verse also have the same skills as the known KnB players. DO NOT BUILD TEAMS AGAINST ANY SENIOR ASIAN TEAM ROSTERS FROM ANY TIME. BUILD ONLY AGAINST ASIAN U16 AND U18 TEAMS FROM 2008-2010. DO NOT BUILD TEAMS AGAINST THE LATEST ASIAN TEAM ROSTERS.
