I noticed that Shiragami has an accent. Does anyone happen to know what accent it is? I'm kinda curious.

C’mon, someone answer the guy’s question.

Anyway, it’s a Kansai accent.
I believe they even mentioned it in the 1st episode of the series (I honestly can’t really remember though). By the way, you could’ve just quickly looked it up in Wiki. It’s right there.

Youko apologizes for her Kansai accent in the first few minutes of their first conversation.

It's the Kansai dialect. You notice right of the bat. Another example would be when she talks about her family.

Oto=dad oka=mom and i believe are only used in the kansai dialect. Apparently it's a dirty dialect, the Japanese from tokyo hated it and it's dying off. Apparently... I am not so sure if it's true or not.

I personally like it and think it's funny.

Another anime to look at where it has a lot of Kansai dialect is 'Bakaramon'.
