This episode reminded me of a Precure 5's episode regarding the principal situation, same case. And how Lock became this powerful? It did not seem that Dyspear bestowed him some power, unless there is more to him.

And Towa's reactions were entertaining.

"I only require three maids!"
Towa was pretty cute this episode.

Looks like Lock is gonna be getting more serious.

Dyspear took Lock under her wings after she saw "can bishie myself up" in his resume.

Towa is so darling. I like the fact they are playing "sheltered princess" card so straight in an totally funny way. She only requires three maids, look at that dedication! She will be a wonderful Pretty Cure! :D Also my complain from previous episode dissappears - I got my one episode of Towa's sulking and fighting her inner demons, so I'm all happy about the pacing. And next week looks super fun. I hope Kirara and Towa form a bond similar to one Minami and Haruka have. I won't say Kirara is a fifth wheel in Mermaid's and Flora's relationship because they are all friends but you can notice that closeness those two share because of Minami being grateful for number of things Haruka showed her and make her experience. So I hope Towa's and Kirara's friendship will be something similar, but maybe with more bickering as the episode suggests ;)

Towa reminded me too much of Cure Sword in this episode. Not a good thing, to me.

Towa was fun to watch this episode, moreso her reactions to the world than with her friends. The castle scene got me aha.

Really loved how they dealt with the regret theme; clear and straight-forward, yet executed elegantly and not blatantly. Hope her episodes keep up.

The problem I got with Sword in Doki Doki was the fact, that she was way too quick to throw away her anger and determination to fight for her oppresed kingdom just because Mana said they're playing alliance and trust now. That was artificial and didn't earn her any points as a character with set values. Towa on the other hand seems to honestly care for her people and it takes some more persuading to get her out of her despair than "okay, let's just forget it, I'm sure it will all turn okay, hun". Personally I think of her highly, which I cannot say about Sword. But that's how I feel about those two.

I am very much disappointed with Towa, honestly... I had high hopes for her, but she just isn't what i'm wanting, x.x

Care to elaborate on what you were counting on? I won't try to sway your opinion, I'm just curious.

Something more like Setsuna or Ellen. She doesn't have what made those two important to me on a personal level, :/

I mean, it's okay that they tried to do something different, but they REALLY didn't deliver on genuine character development before her switch. It felt very rushed. It didn't make me feel anything, and my emotions need to be attended to, x.x

In this episode, Lock gets a growth spurt in just a few seconds. Let's just say puberty's doing it's job. And doing it well.

BURNINGUUU! That caught me off guard xDD

Another nice episode, Towa felt that she didn't deserve anything until she saved Hope Kingdom, atoning "her sins", I can definitely understand how she feels but one can't continue like that, hopefully Haruka showed her that (loved that hug!) This episode also had scenes with her not understanding well how the human world works and that is always funny to me, very enjoyable.

Dyspear retired to recover energy and Lock is now the one handling the situation, he got buff at the end, damn!

Poor Towa. She feels that she doesn't deserve to be happy until the situation in the Hope Kingdom gets better.
