| I was expecting two cliches, that he would either beat them to death, shounen style or just walk away for development's sake. What happened in this chapter was quite unexpected. I don't think I've ever heard of a "lunge and creep the fuck out" tactic anywhere. And I really like how bully kid was genuinely (somewhat) grateful and thanked him with a drink, unlike most prideful asshats who take 50+ chapters to like the MC. I'm not saying he's ZOMGGOODCHARACTURR, it's just that he's different and I like that. Well, I'm not waiting for this to get noticed. *Dishes out wallet* Volume One, come to papa! |

| That girl had a lot of nerve to ask formerly bullied guy to help her crush who was the actual bully. Okazaki couldn't help and decided to help. "Servant mentality", coming from being bullied and from his timid personality, is still strong within him, it seems. At least his vampiric abilities manifested while dealing with those thugs. |
