I don't really find it user friendly to add stuff like RNG for guild making. add RNG to Guild Making -> force guilds to come together due to the rarity of the item that creates it. At least for the early game. Emperium wasn't even that expensive on the player markets by the time I played a few years ago, iirc it was somewhere between 100 and 200k zenny, which is pretty easy to get. I could make 50k an hour picking strawberries in the map on the right of Payon and selling it to the playermarket. It was just harder to get in the beginning.As for the direction of the game design, they've stated that it is NOT Ragnarok Online. This is a totally new game. The fact that they are made by the same people is the only reason we can compare, since design habits rarely change. |

| That's just a different way to look at it. RNG has always been dreaded and people were always annoyed by it though. |

| With free to play the only way to do it is really to have lots of RNG. Either that or lots of grinding. I'd rather not be introduced to a grind fest. At the very least, rare drops make you feel special as an individual player, although you can feel like your efforts are wasted until then, and maybe even afterwards. |
