Is Whisper of the Heart a good movie?

I have watched almost all the Ghibli movies. I love all of them. My favorites are Spirited Away, Porco Rosso and Princess Mononoke. I´m going to watch Whisper of the Heart today, and I wonder if it´s a good movie, and if so, how good?

Yes, it´s a cute story. Not ghiblis best movie, but it´s very good.
