As the story progresses...well, I would love to see Yukari end up with Lilina. But, I don't see Neji worth for Lilina, and I can see a Misaki x Neji yet...I don't see their love as true. Coz, True love doesn't mean you fell in love with them during childhood, True love comes from your choices.
And I know Yukari is making pretty bad choices and he knows he should consider Lilina's feelings.
It just seems fair you know, Misaki does have the advantage since Neji and her knew each other since Middle School, but Lilina has the capability to be the shoulder to cry on for Neji- well, Misaki said she would allow Yukari to be who he pleases yet he is confused and is trapped in Misaki's love, is that even freedom? If Misaki and Neji ends up, I think Misaki would be controlling Neji from time to time and It'll end up as a mess, coz...Yukari has no freedom at all.
While for Lilina, Yukari can work with her and plan with her, they're a great match yet Yukari denies this fact since he wants Misaki conciously and at the same time knows he is inlove with Lilina.

Misaki x Neji: what's the point of a relationship if the other can't have freedom?
Lilina x Yukari: it has the point but what's Yukari's worth?
Nisaka x Yukari: NOTHING WRONG HERE. JUST NOT NOTICED BY SENPAI 😭

I haven't caught up with the manga but initially I was leaning towards Misaka but as the manga progressed I've changed my mind and I feel like Lilina is the right pick.
I understand that many people are saying that the moral of the story is to follow your heart (miaska) and their relationship together is inevitable but I disagree. The thing I started to dislike about Misaka's character is that she is never really honest about her feelings and whenever she is she ends up telling Nejima to just forget about their conversation. There's still so much mystery to her as well, she never really opens up and we don't officially know if she is matched with anyone yet (at least what I read so far) I don't know the chances of Lilina being picked are very slim but I definitely prefer it.

Lilina is better without any doubt and the whole melodrama isn't that great but.. you're only going to get hurt rooting for her..

At first, I was really rooting for Misaki how I love their chemistry...but when I was reading the manga, I started to cheer for Lilina. In terms of physical appearance lets accept it Misaki is curvy and has bigger boobs and Lilina is well cute and simple but I think Lilinas personality is a lot more sincere and there is a chapter in the manga where they kissed (i felt a lot of feeling than the misaki and neji kissing scene) and while kissing lilina, neji said that "if this is not love then i dont know what it is" or something between those lines. They decided to put their love for each other aside because they both have something to protect and that is Misaki.

I dunno myself but I have watched a lot of harem animes and I would root for one girl and my rooted girl would always get the MC at the end. (I ROOTED FOR CHITOGE DONT BASH HER JUST BECAUSE ONODERA DID NOT WIN). And this time,rooted for Lilina.

To be honest Neiji ending up with Nisaka would be an awesome plot twist by the author (would love to see it) but I don't think he will go for that kind of ending.

I'll just stick with the saying 'If you love two person at the same time, choose the second, cause if you really loved the first one, you wouldn't have fallen for the second'

So Neiji and Lilina are endgame

I hope Misaki will have happy ending. Nisaka would be much better option for her but this is not very likely because of obvious reasons.

I think man u r definitely wrong about lilina character u say misaki helped him to grow but Lilina helped him to mature and if u think that misaki helped him u r wrong because all she did was confess and what lilina did was help the mc when he was depressed,lonely,and he still loves misaki because Lilina helped him a big-time like when he was confused if his love was real or lie she encouraged him and u see. Him with misaki because the assigned partner of mc. If it was a bitch like character then the story would have ended before it started

Wat u said nisekoi ending was not great I need to tell you something one of the greatest character in nisekoi said love does not depend on time even a second love can be greater than a year love

If there's anyone who hadn't seen the anime, Misaki would be their choice. I like Lilina more because she was caring and was with him all the time and she wasn't that creepy isn't she? I agree with Nisaka x Nejima.

I like lilina better but at this point I think Mc should just get with Misaki because they keep going back and forth with each other and it's annoying to all hell.
Though someone like lilina and nisaka (especially when you look back and you see how much attention nisaka pays to the Mc in contrast to how oblivious af the Mc is) would be a better partner, the Mc is straight and realistically I think it's too late in the game for lilina at this point.

But who said this manga was ever realistic?

The reason why I chose Nisaka because of course, I've always believed that Nisaka was the one for Nejima Yukari because of course, he doesn't lie like Misaki Takasaki and most of all, he isn't loveless like Ririna Sanada. But I also want to believe that Nejima Yukari isn't meant to be with any of the girls is because of a lot of reason why. It's like this, the reason why I don't want Neji to be with Misaki Takasaki is like this, I knew the truth of what she was, and I found out that she's a liar. Therefore, I thought that she loves Neji with all her heart, turns out, she played him from the very beginning. How can she just played around with the times they had together, their childhood together, their kisses, and their date. I thought they matter to her, but it didn't matter to her because of the stupid government. But most of all, every time I see Neji and Misaki together all I ever see is a relationship based on a lie. Also, the reason why I don't want Neji and Ririna together is that every time I see them together, all I ever see is a relationship that isn't meant to be from the start.

People who keep saying that "Ohh Lilina and Neji's relationship is so twisted and forced" like what the fudge people?

Yea they were forced to be together because of the marriage system!! But that doesn't mean that their feelings for each other is unnatural, in fact they interacted more because they wanted to, and they plan things together and just naturally became closer, even at first they don't even love each other

but how did they fell in love? So you say they were forced to fall in love? Do you think love can be forced like that?

LOVE IS NOT FORCED AND IT JUST NATURALLY HAPPENS DUE TO MORE INTERACTIONS AND ATTRACTION WHICH LEADS TO DEEPER CONNECTION!

And their feelings just grew over time because they're always together and they find ways to stop their marriage together just for Neji and misaki to be together! When their feelings grew it is very natural!

Because why do you say? BECAUSE IF THEY REALLY DON'T GET ATTRACTED TO EACH OTHER AND IF THEY DON'T WANT TO GET CLOSER THEN WHY DID THEY FALL IN LOVE? SO PEOPLE ARE SAYING THAT YOU JUST FALL IN LOVE EASILY JUST BECAUSE YOU TWO ARE FORCED?? NOT ALL PEOPLE WHO ARE FORCED TO BE TOGETHER FALLS IN LOVE because there are some cases of loveless marriage when you two are forced to be married,

I am team Liliana/Ririna btw. I'm just a bit annoyed by how people address Lilina/Neji's realtionship as Unnatural.

Use your brains people! Does people really think that you can easily fall in love with each other if you two are forced to be married and you are forced to interact?? Nope not all people!! Unless they just got comfy with each other and just fell in love unconsciously.....

Why don't you imagine that you are forced to get married with a stranger? Do you think you will just fall in love just because you two are forced to marry/interact? IMAGINE how hard that is!!! Unless you two interact NATURALLY and get closer and that's how Lilina and Neji fell in love!! They just interacted due to the circumstances and because they just wanted to!! Welp if they are really forced to be together and fall in love means that they destined to be together and they will be bound to be together!!

I'm into first love things.....so yeah I'll route for Misaki x Nejima. I can't imagine Misaki or Nejima ending up with anyone rather than themselves. Recently most of the manga endings are getting messed up. I hope this doesn't.

I vote for Lilina 100%, I actually don't like Misaki...
For Nisaka however, I really like the unrequited love. I don't want him to end up with Neji because I like it how it is at the moment (I'm currently at chapter 105).

Koi to Uso or Love and Lies is a nice anime but I only watched a few episodes. I recently found out about how Nisaka felt about Yukari and went screaming. Misaki who's craving for Yukari's touch and suddenly calls him a nuisance and hurts him... She's not fit for him, she's only hurting him. As for Ririna, I love how she lets go of Yukari just for his happiness but she wouldn't be the best choice either because of how complicated she is.

This leaves to Nisaka, Yukari didn't realize that he's been hurting him while loving Misaki who only hurt him in the end. Nisaka's love is truly passionate, I think he would even give up Yukari if he doesn't accept his love. Yukari, Misaki, Ririna aren't the ones who are so hurt in this story but Nisaka. A guy in love with a guy who wouldn't even accept his feelings, I can tell it's hurting him inside. Knowing Yukari's crush, hiding his secret, giving him the advice to help him with Yukari's love life...

Nisaka, you're the best option! Yukari! You're naive and stupid! Why don't people make so many boy love stories!? Excuse me! It's 2020! Many people likes boy love nowadays!

Well, by now, some of you would have seen the 'twist', which is a bit lame, to be honest, and there should be no question.

This wet blanket has 2 girls who are prepared to lose to the other to ensure his happiness and his safety. He doesn't really deserve it but it is clear the Misaki has done the most for him, while Lilina couldn't have done any more but she hasn't known him for as long and Misaki has, pretty much sacrificed her entire life for him, which is why she keeps making comments about memories lasting her 70 years.

For people who are going on about her being forward, that might also explain why that is. They are both too good for MC but Misaki cares for him the most, more than anybody that he knows. Can spot the incels who are trying to comment on her character, etc, etc, when, in fact, she has done nothing wrong and is actually the only selfless one in the entire story.
