Well, that's a rather close followup for Yamada and his private life. I mean, the actual time that he lived..

Interesting one shot tbh.

It was really good for a one shot. not into those types tbh.

It was quite sad when you think about it. Kind of a horrible feeling of your life passing you by. mental.

Need something similar man. So weird since I only added it to my ptr list a few days ago and now it just got translated lol

Interesing one shot, I liked the speculative fiction type story. Yamada just wasted his whole life.

I was interested in this one shot only because it's Ohba's work. It really a harsh to see how Yamada's life finished without "living" them.

Yet, I can't see this as a long story... It's more or less a drama/psychological type of manga, but still, it can't be too long, at least I can't see it long.

Though, maybe Ohba can make it interesting somehow. However, considering that I only felt something at the end, I don't think it would be interesting to read. It's a type of more like One Shot manga to read.

Nice one-shot. It gives a lesson for all of us that live is limited and life is harsh. But if you decide to be optimistic and enjoy it, you will never get bored like our hero here, who thought everyday is pain (well it's a pain too)

This one-shot is sick. The amount of unanswered questions are way too much, but the most important thing about this, the message, is eye-opening.

Yamada kept skipping time in order to get what he desired the most in life, while in the end, he got even less than others, just like young adults nowadays (including me). We didn't really live in the present and kept hoping that that one wish or dream we had would come true one day in the future. In the end, we died without even living.

I just thought this one shot was stupid. I saw that he was going to waste his entire life skipping it from the second he skipped his first thirty minutes. Utterly unenjoyable.

A young teen who like many of us at some point hate life for its responsibilities gets the power to skip and stop time but no way to go back and will not remember any time he skipped.
Once stuck in a time cervice. With his favorite thing, suspense shows on TV. In a white space. He tries to go back by skipping his life away until he fails and dies at 82. Interesting relation to how I personally feel at times and have in the past. And a interesting way to show it in a story.

Intriguing one-shot. Although if it were to become a manga I don't see how with how it's beginning middle and end can be any different. It's the way it is for a reason. A one-shot for what it is, that kind of story. So basically a short story. Good stuff from the creator of Bakuman. Not great or amazing but good.

Predictable from begining to end.

At least the prick got what he deserved in the end, I mean really, what did he think was going to happen by skipping ahead of time so much?

Well shit, that was not a happy ending. But damn, the story is nice for a one-shot. Skipping time too much ended up with you not living your life.

"the total amount of suspense shows he watched is way below the average Japanese standard"
Made me laugh, 6/10 because of the ending.

I can't say that this was a good read, but it actually did grab my attention throughout the story. The bored dude and a person with powers felt familar and there were some life lessons in here
So it's a 7/10

Very short but good story.
He skip time so much to have *more time* to watch his favorite show in the void but by doing so.. he got lesser time. He didn’t get to enjoy his time with his family which is surprising because he doesn’t look like a guy who wants to have family. I like the moral lesson of this manga :)
