| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- As usual Lum has trouble admitting her mistakes which hampers her attempt to fix this one. At the end something of a counterpart (or repeat?) to the episode where Lum thought she was turning into a cow. The wolfman designs remind me a lot of the character designs from Sherlock Hound. I expect there to be some overlap in staff. |

| Ataru did look kind of cool as a wolfman XD Lum sure needs to read things before making them, the results are always drastic to humans ( specifically Ataru LOL) That moment when Lum hugs full-wolf Ataru was so cute ( and also the other dog tbh). Overall, good ep. |
| The after medicine look reminds me of that gang boss that is always after shinobu. |

| I found it really cool that most of the episode takes place in a park filled with cherry blossoms after sunset The atmosphere was so good thanks to the beautiful background art! |
| Based on the episode’s title I had a feeling the effects of Lum’s food had something to do with wolves, and I ended up being right lol. Ataru sure made use of the form tho with those drunk ladies as well as scaring people having a good time while cherry blossom viewing. And although the entire last bit could have been avoided had they informed Ataru that if he didn’t get the antidote by 8PM he’d be a wolf forever, I did really enjoy that final moment where Lum recognized Ataru despite him being a wolf, very sweet. And Ataru did thankfully get the antidote just in time, which ended up giving him huge red lips but I’d take that for a day over being a wolf fever myself. And let’s just say Lum will be lucky if she ever manages to get Ataru to eat something she made again lol. |
