This is a very interesting take on sexuality as a whole. I have a couple of theories:

1. She is attracted to the "boy" Yoshiki. Basically this means she cannot get attracted to Yuki when she fully aware that she is female.

2. Due to abuse or her sex work, she has conditioned her body to only respond to the advances of old men. Even if she loves Yuki, her body won't respond properly because it only responds to old men now.

3. Her love is "pure". Basically, she is not physically attracted to Yuki in any way, and the love she feels is purely romantic.

4. Tying in with the previous point, due to abuse or something else, she cannot feel physical attraction to someone she is in love with for fear of "tarnishing" them. This would make the most sense in the context of the story.
