If you want to know how this hentai trapped in the past manga ends i'll tell you how it ends in two endings

1) the prehistoric past is his true home after all
The protagonist along with some of the characters who are trapped with him has come back to the present but he felt that he didn't belong here so he went back to the thing that made him go back to the past in the first place while carrying some of his modern stuff with him and then returned to the prehistoric past where his love interest who missed him is joyful glad to see him come back for real the protagonist decided that this is his true home after all and it ends him taking the role as the leader of the tribe and educate them and also has sex with his love interest in the end.

2) Returned to the present but brings his love interest with him
The protagonist along with some of the characters who are trapped with him has come back to the present but then his love interest followed them and unexpectedly went back to the present with them,The protagonist is shocked that his love interest ends up trapped in the present like he did in the past but the love interest tell him she will manage besides she just want to be with her love which give the protagonist a smile ,Then the final pages will have the protagonist and his love interest are married and also has her adjusting to the modern world almost and it ends with the protagonist and his love interest doing sex.
