Yup, Crunchy just picked up the anime. It says that Crunchy will release each episode on Saturday night at 8pm Pacific time.

Oh so HS will be releasing it. That seems a bit late for a release time though. It aired today. Usually the subbed release is out a few hours later then, but this wont be out till a day later.

Since Crunchyroll will begin streaming the 1st episode on Saturday at 8pm Pacific Time that is about when Horriblesubs will be releasing their copy as they use the subs from Crunchyroll. Even though the show has already aired in Japan and there are raws available.

Crunchyroll has mention that the regular streaming time from episode 2 onward will be announced at a later date.
