| Shortly after Havoc's meeting with his mysterious new, accidental teacher he received a note from Billabong that had been left in his room. This note informed Havoc to go to training ground within Konoha and meet Tezuka Kazuki sensei. Though somewhat tardily Havoc decided to follow the instructions and headed to the training grounds only to find Azazel waiting there for him. "What are you doing here Azazel? I'm looking for Tezuka Kazuki." "That'd be me." "But you told me your name was Azazel?" "It sounds cooler doesn't it?" Havoc shakes his head and sits down, he assumed there were supposed to be more people here. After all you don't tell one person to group somewhere if there's only one person. |

| A sound reminiscing a stack of iron kettles hopping along signaled Kenseis arrival. He probably shouldve worked on soundproofing the leg-brace, since...you know.. hes supposed to be a stealthy ninja. But such matters went over Kenseis head, who despite the lethal encounter at the border hadnt really had the fear of death hit him yet. "Havoc! To what do i owe this pleasure?" he inquired, in reference to him being called out there. |

| Havoc heard the clanging of metal and knew almost immediately who was coming before they even called out to him. "I don't know Kensei but I'm assuming you got the same instructions I did." Kazuki lightly smacks Havoc across the back of his head. "Of course he did, name Azazel and I'll be your teacher." "You mean Tezuka Kazuki." "But that doesn't sound as cool. Anywaaaaaaaaaaaays." He does a show off twirl as he sits down on a nearby boulder. "This will be all of us as we are a rather unconventional lot but I'll let you in on what's going on. This is an experimental squad to try and bring both Konoha and Iwa closer to peace. There's only two at this stage as there were no other 'volunteers' for this project so this will have to do. Any questions?" Havoc shakes his head and looks to Kensei to see if he has anything to ask. |

| Kensei looks confused for a second, like a deer in the headlights of a truck, but eventually just shrugged. "No questions Kazuki-san." He said, and the hiss of a servo letting out its pressurized air interrupted him for a second as he stopped walking, leaning on the mechanized leg. "Just itching to get started. There is a limit to what i can learn about the world from books and tales from old men, after all" His garbs were identical to the ones he wore during the chuunin exam, with a few changes. His short pants were replaced with long leather overalls like the ones he wore in the workshop, hiding his leg-brace. In addition, there were two new scrolls on his belt, one red with the sigil of the hidden leaf village on it, and a yellow one with no sigil at all. |

| "I guess we'll .. hop.. to it then" Kazuki smiles at his joke at Kensei's expense wondering if any of them will get it. He stands up and dusts off his shorts and pulls out a single bell. "Now I'm sure you've heard of this exercise its kind of iconical to the leaf. Whoever gets this bell I'll shout them lunch, no expense limit." He attaches the bell to his right shoulder and forms a handsign. "Let's start then." A puff of inky, black smoke explodes outwards from Kazuki and when it clears he has disappeared. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Havoc listens and watches on until Kazuki suddenly disappears is a puff of smoke. He is speechless for a second before he turns to Kensei "You wouldn't happen to be able to track chakra would you? I'm limited to what I can see and I cant see him." |

| "Sadly no.. ive been working on something of the sort but its years from being ready for field-testing, so i didnt even bring it with me." He noted, and then had an idea. "Let me try something still, he might still be close, observing us. If he is, we are in luck" He said while rolling out the other of the two scrolls he had worn in the exam, the one he sadly never got to use. With a poof, a wooden freak of nature appeared. Short, fat, with a crooked back, pointy face and a long nose, this puppet looked like a mechanized Goblin. Its arms however seemed unusually bulky for its size, adding to its wierdness. A wooden goblin mini-gorilla, seeing it begs the question of what moves in Kenseis imagination at night. "This is Igor, he has an ability i once believed would become useful, but never has until this day." He said while the puppet took a stance like a sumo-wrestler about to charge. Then, a hatch on its back popped open revealing three antenna-like prongs sticking out. With a solid stomp, Kensei had the puppet dig its feet into the ground for support. It was clearly a stationary skill, as the puppet even rolled its shouldersockets backwards and shifted its electric dischargers to power the antennae. It no longer looked like it had the ability to fight, or move at all, the freak of nature had made itself a pure abomination. "Poor igor, you arent pretty you, but im pretty sure this is going to work~" He turned to Havoc for a moment. "Hold onto any loose change~" "Localized field technique, puppet edition!" He yelped with some excitement, and after a quick series of handseals watched the puppet spring to life with each volt of charge Kensei sent through the strings. The lightening danced between the prongs on the antenna, and the shuriken in Kenseis satchel begun acting up. Every piece of metal in the area wanted to fly towards Igor, but the force was weak, so weak that had you dropped a kunai it would slowly drag across the ground towards the puppet. However, he banked on Kazuki-sensei still being close enough to be affected, hiding to observe them. "And when the bell rings.." He said with a smile, making a show of holding his hand to his ear totally expecting this to work. |

| A single -tink- is hear before Kazuki snaps his hand on the bell to stop it moving. The sound indicated that he was hiding in the trees to the right of them. -------------------------------------------------- Havoc watched on at Kensei's 'new' technique and smiled as he heard the tink of the bell. "Now it's my turn to show off." Havoc channels chakra into the new rune on his tongue, this taking quite some control, as he cheeks begin to inflate before he opens his mouth in a roar allowing the fire to pour out of his mouth and form into a giant fireball that rockets off into the trees flattening anything in the immediate impact zone. To Kensei it had simply looked like Havoc had puffed up his cheeks and spat out a fireball. Strangely though the fireball didn't set any trees on fire but there was an abnormal amount of thick, black smoke pouring out across the ground from where the fireball had it; so much smoke in fact that it felt more like an inky, black fog rolling towards them. | Kenseis eyes widened when the fire erupted from Havoc. He seemed to straighten up and almost lean back a bit, like he was afraid his eyebrows would singe off in the heat if he stood too close. "Well, atleast we got his attention i recon" With a flick of his fingers, Igor seized the technique and returned to its original form after spending a few seconds shifting its parts around. It waggled over to them with its back towards the smoke when it rolled in towards them, clearly not even good at something so simple as walking. One might beg the question, considering Kenseis state, why on earth he would make a puppet with the very same handicap as himself. By this time, the persistance and behaviour of the smoke had gotten Kenseis attention. "Uhm, is it supposed to do that?" |

| Havoc is watching the smoke when Kensei says, "Uhm, is it supposed to do that?" "Probably, they call him the great flame but he likes to use smoke." As if expecting the retort Kazuki burst out of the smoke rocketing into the air like a human projectile. "WHERE THERE IS SMOKE; THERE'S FIRE!" at the peak of his arc you see him flick through hand signs at speed, "Fire Release: Great Fireball!" Kazuki repeats back the technique that Havoc had just used though it was evident Kazuki had had more practice. The fireball was a lot larger and a lot more menacing as it raced towards them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Duck Kensei!" Havoc leaps infront of Kensei putting himself between Kensei and the fireball as he slams his hand to his chest. "Razor Armour!" To his dismay nothing happened, he could feel the chakra in his hand and chest but it wouldn't connect through his shirt and cloak. For the fine chakra control need to operate the new rune Havoc devised his must touch it directly. With renewed vigor Hvoc ripped of his shirt revealing his tattoed chest as he pulls his mask down to cover his face and slams his hand against the rune once again. "Razor Armour!" Liquid like rocks seeps out of his pores to cover his skin before a sheet of razor sharp crystal grows out of the earth spear armour. Lastly jagged, large fin like shards of crystal pierce out of his back and his mask molded into the armour itself. Unlike the previous times Kensei had seen his clear crystals now he could see Havoc's crystal had gained colour, a deep amber orange. Havoc turns around and hunches over Kensei to protect him from the fireball as it slams into his back, tearing of the crystal shards as it explodes around them; Havoc's armour keeping both he and Kensei safe. Havoc stands up and remarks, "I thought I was gonna be roasted for a second there." (Razor Armour -40cp Remaining cp = 39cp) |

| Kensei didnt hesitate when he got the call to action from Havoc. When Kazuki first appeared he was thrown offguard, but his companions steady nerves helped steady his aswell. He crouched down on command and took cover as the fire raged around them, with igor hopping out of the wall of flame and into safety just a moment later. Kensei didnt waste this time however, his mind was already racing with things to do when the plume weakened enough for him to see through. And just as the fire started to give way, Kensei was on his feet. Not waiting for the all clear, he braved the dying flames and used every ounce of muscle he had, sending Igor flying with a mighty (for him) toss of his arm. He let out a grunt of exertion as igor went flying towards Kazuki, aiming to catch him mid-air. The puppet opened its bulky arms wide as if it was going for the bear-hug of the century. "So did i.." He responded to Havocs comment. "..he came out of bloody nowhere! We even knew where he would strike from!" He couldnt believe the swiftness and with what ease this person had launched this attack on them, two seemingly well-prepared chuunin caught offguard right off the bat. This didnt bode well, but if Igor could catch him, Kensei hoped he'd be able to bring Kazuki down to earth long enough for a good round of Havoc-style whoopass. That is, if the rather clumsy puppet could catch him, drawing dangerously close to the flying sensei. |

| Igor embraced Kuzuki midair but he quickly vaporized into a puff of the same inky, black smoke; the smoke dispersing to leave words written in the sky that read. - Where there's smoke.... - And suddenly a whisper in Kensei's ear, "There's fire." Kuzuki had snuck up behind Kensei brandishing a flaming kunai in his hand making a move to bring it around the front of Kensei's neck to capture him hostage. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Still partially facing the other way (towards Kensei) Havoc had seen Kuzuki sneak up on Kensei out of the corner of his eye and moved into action. Faster than he had previously been able to move in his armour Havoc had skirted around Kensei in a whirl of dust as he slid to a halt now facing Kuzuki's exposed side as he tightens a fist and it glows with chakra. Havoc grins as an interesting idea forms in his mind, it'll be on the spot but every technique needs a trial run. "Azazel Hammer!" The size of the glowing chakra doubles and assumes the shape a larger chakra fist around his own fist. Chakra enhanced strength mixing with the impact rune creating a new technique to punish Kuzuki for getting close. Havoc throws the punch, the chakra fist ramming into Kuzuki's shoulder sending him hurtling through the air and crashing back into the forest; the crunch of trees being heard for some time in the distance. Havoc stood up straight, his shoulders heaving with his breath. being unrefined the technique had consumed much more chakra than it should have. (Unrefined Azazel Hammer -20cp Remaining cp = 19cp) |

| Kensei was caught. Once again Kazuki's speed had surprised him, but in doing so he had also made a mistake. One Kensei would take advantage of, when the moment presented itself. He noticed Havoc only a moment before making his retaliation, and the timing couldnt be better. Stepping inside Kenseis range, and close enough to hold him hostage, he also exposed himself to a bonecrushing stomp that hit his foot out of nowhere. The strike from Kenseis braced leg was enough to momentarily break Kazukis concentration, allowing Kensei to twist out of his grip, causing the kunai to cut a nice horizontal line across his throat. Luckily the cut were only superficial, and barely even bled as Kensei rolled out of the way just in time to hear Havocs fist connect with Kazukis shoulder. "Nice timing!" He noted, and looked around to see if he could find cover. "We need to form a strategy, merely fighting him is bound to end in defeat. We need to get our hands on that bell to end this." As he spoke, he turned the dial to loosen the brace. This was not an enemy that allowed him to hold back, or to hide his cards in any way. |

| Kazuki has yet to reappear and seems to be hiding in the forest where he was sent flying to giving the two ninja some time to think. ---------------------------------------------------------------- "I couldn't agree more and i'm running low on chakra myself." Havoc thinks for a while before he remembers one of his most recent techniques. "If we can get him out in the open and distracted I can grab and hold him with my earthen grip technique. What have you got?" While Havoc waits for Kenseis answers he clasps his hands together and begins to charge his chakra. (charge +5cp Remaining cp = 24cp) |

| Kensei smiled when the question popped up. "Oh i got a little something, inspired by none other then yourself in fact. I was gonna keep this to myself for the time being, since it was developed for fighting you, but Kazuki seems to want to force all our cats out of our bags today." He said, and formed a quick series of 4 handseals, charging the legbrace. "I dont need long, just a moment is all it requires to work. If you can stop his movements, ill be on him before he can blink." He said, placing a single shuriken firmly in the palm of his hand, like he was afraid of losing grip on it. "If this fails ill be at half my strength for a while, and at half my original chakra capacity." Crouching like a cricket about to jump for the moon, he closed his fist around the shuriken so tightly it almost began to draw blood. "On your mark" |

| Kuzuki had not been idlely sitting around as he decided it was time to surprise the two students. He launched out of the forest at break neck speed, fire rocketing from the soles of his feet propelling him forwards like a human rocket. In his hands he held a rather large two-handed sword of pure fire. He was on track for impact with Kensei aiming to take out the weaker of the two. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Havoc had barely a moment to react but luckily they had finished talking already and he had been scanning the forest to think of how to lure Kuzuki out; turns out he didnt have to. Havoc flexes his arm as his crystal lance rune activates on his right wrist sprouting a large weapon of his own as he leaps in front of Kuzuki's path meters before Kensei; Lance and fire blade clashing mid air as embers splashed off of the contact and scattering all over Havoc's armoured body. With all his strength Havoc gripped the lance with his spare hand and shoved down hard, pushing Kuzuki backwards and away from him. As he slid backwards Havoc flung his arms wide as chakra surged into his shoulders and the earth grip runes activated draining almost all of his chakra as the armour on his arms expanded and grew into two incredibly large earth arms with the consistency of glue-like mud. Havoc brought his hands in, the arms stretching and extended as the hand expanded exponentially to grip Kuzuki in a solid two handed grip as if Havoc were trying to squeeze a tube of toothpaste far too hard. | Havoc:"Now Kensei!" The sound that followed was akin to a rifle being cocked and fired. Arcs of electricity shot from where Kensei stood as he activated, out of all things, a leg-technique. The grass died around him, or rather it was brutally murdered by the electrical forces, and was turned to dust which seemed to float opposite to what gravity wished for. "Lightening style.." He said, and was interrupted by his own technique activating prematurely. The charge was difficult to contain in just one leg after all. He vanished from sight, and re-appeared just a fathom from Kazuki, having gained incredible speed and momentum sometime in between. As he re-appeared, he was visible only for a second before slamming into Kazuki with the leg-brace first, locked and stiff as a pole. At the moment of impact, another smaller burst of lightening erupted into the Sensei's body aswell. But it didnt stop there, or rather, Kensei didnt. In fact he didnt know how, as this was the first time this technique had ever actually worked...somewhat. His momentum wasnt stopped by the impact, and he was sent tumbling over Kazuki hitting the ground hard on the other side. It would take 3 bounces, and quite a long roll before he came to a halt. At this time, any self-respecting ninja would take the time to finish the name of the technique or at least serve up a cheezy one-liner for comedic relief. But not Kensei, his blodshot eyes was fixed on one thing only, and while wheezing and still reeling from the numerous impacts with the ground, he squeezed out just one word: "Bell..!!" |

| Kuzuki had suffered the full impact of the kick and gone rolling and bouncing with Kensei, or had he? As Kensei would soon inspect the area where the two now lay he would see splinters of would lying all around them and most mysteriously of all Kuzuki was missing his right leg from the knee down. Piecing the two things together Kensei would come to the conclusion that Kuzuki had a puppet leg for a leg, at least below the knee anyway. When Kensei's technique was almost going to strike Kuzuki he had performed the substitution jutsu with the only inanimate object around; his own puppetry leg which was promptly smashed to splinters. ------- "Bell..!!" When Kuzuki had crashed to the ground for the final time the bell bounced against his chest so hard it rebounded upwards with such force it broke the string it was being held with and flew high into the air. Havoc leapt high into the air after the bell and performed a deft sommersault for flare as he caught the bell though upon landeding he slipped and landed on his rear with a rather loud oomph ---------------------------------- "Well done boys, you got the bell." Kuzuki sits up and shoves Kensei off of him smoothly pulling out a scroll from his jacket as he did so. Unrolling it he places he hand to the seal and in a puff of smoke a new leg appears as he attaches it and stands up. "Always carry a spare." |

| Kensei was mindboggled. His fastest technique wasnt even fast enough to catch him. There was a feeling of defeat, coupled with a feeling of awe and respect that now velled up within him. But when he realized they actually had gotten the bell, and was probably one of very few teams ever to accomplish this on the first round, he let himself feel proud. Although as Kazuki talked, Kensei was fixated on Kazukis inanimate leg, like a used-car driver oggling a ferrari. He absentmindedly whispered "Spares.." before snapping out of it. He tried getting up but the brace was locked, and the heat having built up in it from friction and electricity alike didnt allow him to manipulate the dials for a while. It was quite literally, on cooldown. "Gah, could anyone give me a hand here?" He whined, after the second attempt to stand on his own. |

| Havoc helps Kensei up as Kazuki tests out his leg to make sure it was placed on firm, jumping up and down to test it right before turning around to the two chunin. "Right, now who's up for some lunch?" ~THREAD COMPLETE~ |
