Those first five minutes just slayed me. The parodying in this series is unbelievable.

the moment with Aburatsubo and nanaka was pretty sweet in how see admitted her feelings and Aburatsubo understands her and feels for her as hes in the same situation. i was cracking up when Aburatsubo was thinking to use the spell and takeo was like "you dont have to think the answer is no". kinda feel bad for big boobed lady since she didint know how to show her feelings as a kid and basically chased him away. also wow these are some craply put together robots if a stick can stun them lol.

What a realistic and heartfelt confession scene. They don't make them like this anymore. It's mostly tropes and tearjerker moments instead of how people react true to their characters. But who is Jeff?

That was actually a pretty good episode in terms of art, animation, and character interactions. Ayanojou and Nanaka flying through the school had this really playful feel to it, and I enjoyed watching them just bounce from wall to wall, floating through corridors and stairs. I also liked Nanaka's confession scene, where both acknowledged that they both had one-sided crushes. I've seen love polygons before, but possibly due to this being an OVA, it was resolved pretty quickly, as opposed to being dragged out. The main caveat, however, was Ayanojou's response, where he acknowledged Nanaka's feelings while also recognizing his own hopeless position. Not bad.

That bit with the Colonel Sanders appearing in the room with Takakura and Aburatsubo may be a "Curse of The Colonel" joke, lol.

Nanaka was crushed by Aburatsubo's rejection, but I don't think she's too surprised by it. Aburatsubo knows what it's like to love someone who won't reciprocate your feelings.

Meanwhile, Sae's been captured! Can they save her? Also, how did Takakura survive that fall? :P
