So Tenchi managed to protect both Momo and Beni this episode. Too bad his reward isn't exactly something very welcoming.

Poor Beni chan forgot everything but she still has memory flashes it seems.
And she is afraid of hurting others with her strength so she isn't a bad person at all.
She doesn't trust Tenchi tho and i can't really blame her after what he has shown her during the fight with the robot.

I get that Beni isn't really trusting of people, but why is she almost constantly angry? I mean ok, she doen't like disscussing her personal bussiness with people, I get that. But why does she have to try and kill Tenchi all the time? As he said, he just wanted to talk and she might have at least felt a little better if she did for a bit. Also, how did Tenchi save Momo and Beni anyway? It was just a flash of light but I guess it was from his sword but I'm still a little confused. Speaking of Tenchi's sword, I think it's been established that his sword is the treasure the science club is looking for. But what happens after they actually get it? Chances are if Beni holds it all her memories will come back in a flash in a somewhat dramatic scene. But again I have to ask what then? Another thing I want to know is let's say Beni found out Tenchi's power was for real and not an illusion, what would come of that?

All that aside, I have to admit it was pretty funny that Beni is self aware of how different she is compared to regular people. It never struck me to actually compare anybody or anything in a "Tenchi Muyo" series to anything in reality. And should she really feel out of place with all the crazy shit that goes on in this school anyway? I mean hell, she should find out about Tenchi's home life.

Does Beni really want to remember her past? Why would she push Momo away when she can get answers from her.

Perhaps, Tenchi himself doesn't know that he's someone extraordinary. Beni probably figured that much this episode.

That short flashback.. Hopefully, she'll soon get her memories back from the time she was Momo's caretaker.

Episode pretty cute, has since its a fairly nice narration and some consistency in the events, I really liked the part where Sasami described what would happen to those who broke the rules of female dorms, LOL. Drawings and animations on the sufficiency wire.

Kinojo is some kind of guardian for Momo from Jurai. This episode reinforced that, but then it was a bit too much happening in 3 mins. I really don't think this format works with this very well. Also, why has Tenchi become more of a perv?
