Lady Jewelpet Episode 29 Discussion

Sorry if I'm new here but this episode is so cute.

So this episode focuses on the Petit Ladies need to pass the "Walk with the Doggie" test, so it's the first time they will work with the Male Jewelpets instead of the Princes (yeah I laughed when Momona imagined them as Furries. WTF ZEXCS?!?!?). And it's a good thing because they finally brought back 4 of the male jewelpets that were absent in THE ENTIRE series. So the rundown is this: Lillian is partnered with Kohaku, Charon is partnered with Yuke, Mizuki is partnered with Kris and Momona, of all people has to stick with Nephrite, who doesn't like to cooperate.

And things starts to go interesting from here. Miura is still on his looking over the ladies and researching over who is Lady X but really, love the interaction of the male pets to the Ladies. Mizuki sure is having bad luck on Kris thought Momona had it worse on Nephy. I never seen this incarnation of his character to be this uncoorperative before, poor Momona. But then he just ran away after seeing Momona's ribbon?

And then we see more Miura x Luea pairing in this episode, I guess that Miura x Lillian shipping died just early in some episodes, thought this is more of being partners in crime or being oil and water. (Still I don't understand why he has the hots for her in the Samba Episode) Then later on we found out why Nephy doesn't like to cooperate with Momona. Ok...that girl in Nehprite's flashback, she looks awfully familiar....yep, she is Diana during her younger years and the ribbon that Momona has reminds him of her. Strangely, all the mysteries surrounding Diana is starting to piece together, but still, what made her leave both Nephrite and Luea behind?

Now comes exam day; and Luea goes on messing up things before that. All of them performed well and Momona had a little talk with Kohaku. But the spell Luea casted last night affected Labra and goes on attacking the three Petit Ladies beforehand. Yeah, is it really me of Zexcs watched a lot of Monsuno for the inspiration on Labra's berserk form. Nephy tries to save the day but failed, and Miura has to save them. Thought Labra reverts back to her old self, which is strange.

Good news that Momona and Nephrite passed the test and Miura still needs to prove that Luea is the one casting all of those spells that puts everyone in trouble. I thought the episode is over...then DUN DUN DUUUUUN, Cayenne finally appears! He's been absent for so long and with a new Petit Lady whose name is Elena. I suspect that Elena is Lady X and the one messing up Luea's magic, seriously I won't trust that smile.

Oh and interesting fact, Elena is voiced by Mikako Takahashi (another ZEXCS Regular). So evil Chrono Harlaown has finally join the Jewelpet cast

Oh my god please bring miura x lillian all im asking is just that you keep the ships subtle dear god i don't fucking want Miura x Luea like that is messed up. I know that ruby ended with that dream guy in another arc, but i don't want another rabbit x hot guy.

Nephrite is so adorable and i feel that Lady Diana is a real bitch no matter what her circumstances are i know she was just thinking of herself.
