| This chapter shows the real face of war: waiting, delays, anguish, and exhaustion; logistics. Even the monster Holbeck commander needs to gather lost horses and rest. I still don't know what to make of Baltzer as a person. He's definitely sympathetic, and Liebknecht and dupes unsympathetic, but his ultimate goals and motives are questionable… Let me guess, Liebknecht attacked the town? |
