This year's fifth issue of Shueisha's Jump Next magazine is announcing on Tuesday that Tadatoshi Fujimaki will launch a sequel to his Kuroko no Basuke (Kuroko's Basketball) manga in the next issue on December 29. The series will be set after the "moving finale" of the main Kuroko's Basketball manga. The new manga will feature a color opening page and art on the magazine's cover.

why did he bother to end the manga in the first place haha
ok maybe he'll take this time to catch a breath for once
and properly plan out the plot
anyway glad this series isn't dead and hopefully it won't disappoint!

It's obvious that this one is a cashgrab. I saw the caps of the last chapter, Seirin does win the Winter Cup. How much more "touching" will the "finale" get??

Apparently it will be a short series about what happened to the characters after the main manga so it will probably just have short chapters every 2 months like the Beelzebub spin off in Jump NEXT!

do you have a source for that?

I'm ok with this. I recall a member a few months ago suggesting the idea of an international tournament. Whether the kiseki no sedai team up for something along those lines or Fujimaki takes the story in another direction, I'll be looking forward to this regardless.

read on ANN forums its supposed to get 1 chapter in 2 months. this better be a lie or i have even less interest in Kagami no Basuke.

reading Claymore which got released monthly was hard enough but this ..fuck no.

Extra Game, more like Extra Money
though I can't hate because most of us will always need/want more money
