| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Man ya knew Braz was gonna ball up in some way after what Staz said to him, but I did NOT expect that. This is a completely different Braz than what we've known. He's had a spectacular amount of development in the last six chapters. The biggest thing the palace arc accomplished, aside from developing Braz, was building a legitimate bond between Braz and Staz. Staz has had nothing but disdain for Braz all along, and Braz has held bitterness toward Staz for being the gifted one, and only seen him as a tool in his quest to win his dead father over. Their interactions in these chapters have built something concrete between the two. Most of it was Staz yelling at him, but that not only got through to Braz in a way that he really needed, but it stirred Staz's heart like we've never really seen and ultimately showed that he cared about his brother. The payoff came when Staz clutched at his blood on his shirt after seeing what he'd done to his brother with his harsh words, and by extension what he'd done to Liz. That was heavy as hell, but not as heavy as the panel of Staz bursting into Liz's room and exclaiming that Braz is still alive. His expression, and Liz's reaction, really drove the feels bus home. |

| Friggin loved the color cover. Grimm's design looks BA!! So Akim is the new king. Lol'd at how he appeared on TV XD And Braz is gonna be staying with Akim for a while? Wonder how he'll get out of this one. Since he's technically a hostage. Liz is so KAWAIII <3 I want to hug her <3 |
