Takayanagi merely realized that Mikage didn't initiate contact because she reciprocated her feelings, and instead was just taking advantage of her love to make herself feel better. Mikage didn't mean to hurt her, and she even says in the narration that she wouldn't have done it with just anyone, that she chose T exactly because she was precious to her, but still, the damage was done. The only silver lining is that Mikage is grateful that she gave her first kiss to Takayanagi. |
