| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Yay for formula subs subbing this! They say they're going to do regular releases, hence the reason i finally started this. (don't want to go through another snow queen again... up to 6months per ep...) World masterpiece theater ftw~ All expectations were met, just like the other WMT classical literature adapted anime. (that means i loved it :P). WMT really is much too underated :/ ... Now wheres my subs for Porfy? T__T at least one of the new WMT series are getting subbed... |

| My heartstrings, they cannot handle all of this tugging! Cosette is just precious beyond words, I'll take care of her madam! So far this is exactly what I was hoping for to get into the Christmas mood and I'm slowly but surely becoming a WMT fan. |

| Great first episode! Cosette is an adorable child and Fantine is quite a good role model. The Mayor is also interesting, hope I learn more about him. |
| WMT doesn't disappoint with it's great presentation. We also got the usual bad guys, lol. Good start overall, can't wait to see how the story will unfold. |
