Well, you guys have heard me say this before and I'll say it again,

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya was obviously based on my life, however the setting and cast of characters were altered to appeal to a Japanese audience. Let's go down the list:

Kyon was obviously based off Anime Nation Forum Legend Soluzar. Kyon hangs around Haruhi grudgingly, even though he is annoyed by her and disagrees with everything she says, he simply can't get rid of her. And he can't kill himself because his country doesn't allow guns. (Kyon related sucicide was mentioned later in the first lite novel, the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya)

Asahina Miruku was obviously based off Sadako Yamamura, whom has been part of the Prons-Carravan for over three years. Even though she is capable of doing things like shooting eye beams (The Sigh of Haruhi Suzumiya, Chapters 3-4), she still for no particular reason obides by Haruhi's rules and commands.

Yuki Nagato is obviously Tenshi_A, despite their calm and quite demanor she is in fact a power player from the future who will school you at any Katamari Damacy game. She has also been known to cosplay as a witch.

The big giant monster that keeps appearing at unopurtune moments, destroying the city, and terrorizing Kyon is Magician Camille, the moment he shows up anywhere, people want him gone. He also tends to appear when Haruhi is pissed.

Koizumi is obviously DJ Doctor Saturn, PHD. He has the charm and break dancing power to win the heart of any woman, and he works for a secret company bent on destroying Haruhi at all costs. An exact paralel of real life, except Saturn is black and Koizumi is a cracker.

Haruhi Suzumiya is obviously me. Even though Haruhi is quite normal, the people around her exadgerate her actions and elevate her to an a Supernatural standing, Nagato thinks she is some sort of deity ruler, Koizumi thinks Haruhi IS GOD, etc. etc. etc. Even though her ideas and methods are unorthodox, they always have a place in the grand scheme of Haruhi's evil plans.

IT doesn't just end at characters though--

The S.O.S. Brigade is obviously a retelling of Shin-Getter Fansubs. Right down to the armbands I make my entire club wear. We're not officialy recognized by anyone but our presence is undeinable. There's only five or six official longtime members, and we are always trying to invent bizarre and obscure ways to advertise http://www.shin-getter.net and our wonderful Invincible Superman Zambot 3 releases to other websites and to the school at whole. Remember in the Sigh of Haruhi Suzumiya when Haruhi bends over backwards to produce a film to show to the entire school? DOesn't that sound kind of like subtiling 100+ episodes of anime and manga to show to the entire animenation forums?

So, longstory short, every anime ever made is a ripoff of my life, because I'm like the Simpsons. Prons did everything before anyone else. Because I am the subject material, I should be made admin of every anime forum.

I still say Desslock is Haruhi. Or at least Rumiko Takahashi before she made Inuyasha.

You could say that but you'd be wrong and full of misinformation.
