Huge differences from the manga???

Is it okay to throw these manga elements away?

So i heard that the movie will not have Pandora Evolution System, Harpies, Siren, Melan Angeloids, Oregano, etc.

Why? They had such important parts in the plot? ESPECIALLY Pandora!

Also, spoiler alert, Ikaros explains to Tomoki that she does not want to be given special powers in the movie trailer, while in the manga, at chapter 45, she said she does not want to be thrown away, and would like to stay by his side forever.

What are your thoughts on this?

I stopped thinking about the plot of the anime when I saw the end of the second season. They threw away too much, changed the plot too much.
The first movie was horrible already as an adaptation ( still pretty good as a stand alone movie ).

But I don't expect the plot to be followed.

But still the manga had the most epic ending ever, it had all: cool fights, drama, comedy! They just can't fit it into one movie, and i also heard the movie is 50 minutes long!
