| Hello, I listened to the songs, read the manga, read the light novels ( except #5 I will go back and read it ), finished the anime and there is still something that I cant understand. Heat haze daze. the part where hibiya sees Hiyori die over and over again, WHY does he remember about it ? If I get this right the scene repeats itself because marry resets the time when her friends are killed by Kuroha. if it is so, Shintaro should be the ONLY ONE who can remember other timelines. maybe I got all this wrong, plz explain this to me so I can sleep in peace. thank you. |
| Oh regarding that I might answer your question BUT I'm quite unsure of it. I might be wrong or right. Someone also explained it to me. So heat haze. They were trapped in the heat haze. The reason why hibiya sees hiyori die over and over again is because they don't know who to sacrifice. You see in order to be out of the heat haze you need a sacrifice for example Kido and her sister. Her sister sacrificed herself for Kido to live. Kano and his mother, Momo and her father, Marry and Shion, etc. In Hiyori and Hibiya's case, it's either Hibiya wants Hiyori to live and vice versa. As you can see, Konoha's State of the World is the reverse of Kagerou Daze in which Hibiya is the one who is dying. | that actually makes sence, there are alot of ppl explaining it this way, but nobody is sure of it. is it safe to think they got in the heat haze when they were about to be kidnapped and konoha tried to save them ? we can clearly see the snake swallowing all 3 in that moment. and in the novels hibiya says that konoha was always there and he never helped. |

I was actually really confused about that too. But it should be right, since that snake swallowed them :3 And the anime is on a different route to the novel, so in the anime, he tried to help ;w; But I have no idea how he managed to came back out? |
| he got out how everybody in the mekakushidan got out, he accepted hiyori had to stay there and he left. that makes sense imho |
