Start from the TV series and forget about the OVA series. The TV series is better and has a second season plus several side-story OVAs as well.

And yes it is worth your while to watch. It is a very heart-warming romance anime and both of the main characters are loveable.

They're very different from your average romance anime protagonists and although the art style might be a tad old but it's still a great romance anime.

If you're a shoujo lover like me then definitely give it a try.
